ADF Ice and Rain Protection System Trainer offers opportunity to trainees to digitally see various components and connections in between them in pricinple mechanism. It brings together all aspects of deicing and rain protection system on aircrafts. It is mounted on movable four-wheeled frame that can be positioned as necessary.
AID-100B gives opportunity to instructors teaching principles of ice&Rain Protection visually with LED systems. At the same time, this trainer is a good alternative for AID-100B for low cost solutions.
Temperature can be adjusted with the potentiometer on the panel, and also displayed on the 7 ”touch screen.
“Visible Moisture” status can be adjusted with the switch on the panel.
All other controls can be done from the touch panel.
There are RGB leds in certain areas on the aircraft. Status of RGB leds according to the set air temperature and visible moisture switch status:
In case of frost: Blue
In case of heating on: Red
If there is no icing, it is unlit.
